This guided meditation was created to help you lucid dream. Lucid dreaming is the ability to know you're dreaming while your dreaming. When practicing lucid dreaming it's important to keep a dream journal. Write in your journal each day upon waking up. This guided meditation was inspired by Stephen Laberge's M.I.L.D technique.

Welp it sorta worked i dreamnt that i was playing minecraft and that i was with 4 people i got laid from some chik i got into a fight i pulled out his hair and started to go ham on his head with my fist and afterrrrrrr that the guy was talking to me and we were like in borderlands in the game then i told him an dhis friends i was good at mincraft..... So yeahhhhh i didnt know i was dreaming but we all start somwhere
I was having a dream with my cousin, we were talking and laughing as always when I realised we were in my house ( UK) and he is in Colombia, I asked him " why are u here if u don't have a VISA.. he didn't say anything and then I said! Fuck I'm dreaming I crossed pass the wall and we started flying !! It was cool !
I had a dream that i was in a bathtub and idk why I brought my body pillow in but my bath was bad and ruined my pillow and I was upset. The rest of my dream I was just uncomfortable and kept thinking I woke up from a dream/taking out my headphones feeling relieved but also out of control and uneasy when I could still hear his voice guiding me. Felt like a bad high!!! I didn't like the words he was saying and how he was saying it in my dream. It was relaxing enough in consciousness to slip into sleep but for some reason my brain didn't like it once I fell all the way through. Plus I've lucid dreamed before so idk why this was so negative!
After it says look at your surrounds, do you actually move your body and get up?? Because that’s what I did, and I didn’t notice anything. I did a reality check, and my finger didn’t do through so I was still in the real world.
And if not, do we stay in bed, and imagine it all up to where we repeat the affirmation and so on??
Anyone ever lucid dreamed about your cat/dog and he/she was talking so you just have a conversation then when you wake you look at the cat think damn I was talking to in the dream, and end up thinking if animals can talk but they dont lol
You gotta ignore it. The twitching and itching sensations we feel as we're trying to fall asleep are signals from our brain making sure the rest of our bodies are asleep.
A sleep ritual, avoiding dairy a few hours before bef, getting a blue light filter on your phone, and adjusting TV volume lower an hour or so before bed might help.
That being said, it's 3:30 am and I've been trying to sleep for hours -.-
Also, you might want to make a dream incubation session. I know more than a few people who might be interested (since not everyone is about Lucid dreaming and I found that internet lack contents on this, quite a few dreamers are just happy going along for the ride and just simply nudging the subconscious for a nice oniric experience).
Speaking of dream recall, one piece of advice that may help: use a dictaphone or voice recorder on your phone. Though to be honest, the dictaphone is the superior option if you dedicate it to dream journaling.
Once waking up from a dream, just use the recorder and say everything that comes into your head about the dream, record everything as ideas come along, don't focus on making a nice entry right off the bat.
Later on, when you have the time, listen to your recording and type the dream on the computer. Afterwards, you can write it down (if you're the handwriting type) or post it on your favorite online dreamjournal (like I do, though I keep offline saves for all of them).
Don't hesitate to browse for pictures on the net if you can't draw well enough, it does help train the recall I think plus it makes it easier to revisit your dreams.
What do you guys think? Apart from Joe tracy guiding you in your inner journey of course ;)
I have been going through a difficult time in life spiritually.
Last night when I got home from my job that stresses me out intensely,I fell to my knees and cried to God.I asked God to please give me some kind of sign to guide me in a better direction.
So last night I had a dream telling me something important to do,but I can not remember what it was.I hope I will eventually remember. All I remember were seeing signs being held up telling me to do something in order to reach a better path.
Thank u so much, it’s been 2 years since I haven’t seen my cousins I loved them more than anything and we would not go a singer hour without seeing each other at one point we even lived together but then all the sudden they announced their moving. I am not exaggerating I have not gone a day without crying cause I haven’t had any contact with them BUT in my dream tonight it wasn’t lucid but suppppper vivid they came and surprised me on a school trip (I know random) and I remember I cried so hard and I was so happy, although my alarm went off after like 10 mins of being with them when I woke up I was crying so much and my pillow was wet from crying. It was the first time I had seen and hugged my cousins in a long time.
Thanks for reading I highly recommend this video.
I was so close to be lucid but then my body jumped. It was like when the doctors use the defibrillator to restart the patient heart and then the patient jumps because of the electric shock.
It just happened, I didn’t even know it was gonna happen.
DO NOT READ IF YOU'RE MEDITIATING OR WHATEVER
My first lucid dream was about me flying around in the house and bumping into practically everything after my mom didn't give a shit that I could fly and I was in a dream. ;-;
Man that was wild, I suppose I didn't actually have a lucid dream, but during and after the relaxation part it almost felt like eating an edible. I became so relaxed I could feel as if gravity was pulling me into my bed, and didn't want me to leave. I'll keep trying, and hopefully soon I can get a lucid dream.
Sooooo, if you haven't found the answer yet, you can sleep for a while and set your alarm at a 90 minute interval after you've been sleeping. You can set it for 90 mins, 180 mins, 270 mins, etc.. With as little movement as possible, you then turn the alarm off, and hopefully your phone is sitting nearby, so you can just tap a button and start your dreaming. Go to 15:20 to skip the intro and relaxation, so you don't accidentally fall asleep while you attempt to meditate. Hope this helps!
I was listening to this and the strangest thing happened, idk if I was dreaming or not but I was trying to touch my phone and it wouldn't turn on. And so everything else also wasn't turning on. I could've been astral in my house and still find x
The smallest struggle in things lmao
I tried this and when you said to enter the dream it felt like the come up to an extremely intense psychedelic trip and I got come up anxiety :((. I was so so close to being in a dream but I got so freaked out I couldn’t relax and I never ended up falling asleep. Anybody have any tips ?
I’ve tried a few of these and none has completely worked, I tried sleeping to some and listening through the whole thing but it doesn’t work for me.. I tried this one and I couldn’t get myself to fall asleep, my heartbeat doesn’t calm down but my body does, I don’t get why. I got the feeling when you are about to have the dream where you want to open your eyes but I kept them shut and waited a while and I eventually got more awake so I gave up.
Oh shizzzittt this is bout to go deeeep!!!! I better pull over then.. lol jp
Warning label got me going uhhhttooohhh this is gonna work
It should also so do not smoke lol
I can't count how many times an idiot sorority sister burnt holes in her bed smh due to vids like this and asmr oh n most of all alchol.. some people 🙃😲lol
I’ve attempted to reach lucid dreaming by listening to this video twice. I haven’t had a dream yet but both times I felt more relaxed than I’ve ever been. I’m an extremely fidgety ADHD so I’d have to re-relax my body every couple of seconds because I simply couldn’t lay still, even though I was tired. By the end of the countdown however my entire body shut down ? Like everything except for my mind and my eyelids, which started farting everywhere. Is that normal ? I feel asleep after the countdown on both try’s and on the second one I went into a deep sleep but about half an hour later I was awakened by an extremely loud noise. It was like someone had slammed their hands down on a set of chimes instead of a piano, but more electronic. It was really quick. I thought it was in the video, but I checked my phone and the video had ended a while ago. It kind of scared me that time but if it happens again should I just let it happen ? Is it a normal prelude to a lucid dream
Sounds like you were in the mind awake body asleep state which is a good place for a wake induced lucid dream. Also, sometimes in this state you can have auditory hallucinations. I've heard some unusual sounds in that state.
This video made me dream an interesting dream last night. It was so vivid and seemingly real that I woke up pissed at my boyfriend. I was getting ready to call him to rip him a new one. 😂 Poor guy didn't know what he did wrong when I text him later on in the day.
Only if you believe in ghosts... and dark ghosts at that. I believe in spirits that are hurting. Am always accepting, compassionate, and empathetic with them. Am not afraid of them. They need love and understanding.
I couldn't lucid dream even after listening and not moving. For some reason I can't get into sleep paralysis. I did it after 6 hrs of sleep. But when I did go back to sleep my dreams were really vivid, scary even.
It’s because u r just more concious of ur dreams than other people, i always become lucid in threatening situations too. It is normal, use this to ur advantage as real insane lucid dreams should be easier for u to achieve
Love this channel..this is one of the FEW people who actually talk throughout there guided meditations! Most persons, just talk (like 12 min.) Then play 5 hours of music or ocean waves, or whatever there lazy behinds feel like filling up all those empty hours up with..It would make me so mad when that would happen, it felt like I'd had been cheated! Loll..thank you for doing what you do, I adore your channel! (And subbed)
I became lucid in a cave near the side of a lake. In the cave I found a powerful book full of universal knowledge and power. I turned over the cover and looked for the author. Arthur Van Buren. Once I read his name I felt a presensce in my lucid dream. I went to try and leave the cave but I felt someone else tampering with the dream as well. I walked through a doorway on my way out and found myself in a supermarket. The book gone and the cave gone as well. I felt as if Arthur was steering me away from the book. Interpretations?
