This guided meditation was created to help you lucid dream. Lucid dreaming is the ability to know you're dreaming while your dreaming. When practicing lucid dreaming it's important to keep a dream journal. Write in your journal each day upon waking up. This guided meditation was inspired by Stephen Laberge's M.I.L.D technique.

I have been going through a difficult time in life spiritually.
Last night when I got home from my job that stresses me out intensely,I fell to my knees and cried to God.I asked God to please give me some kind of sign to guide me in a better direction.
So last night I had a dream telling me something important to do,but I can not remember what it was.I hope I will eventually remember. All I remember were seeing signs being held up telling me to do something in order to reach a better path.
Thank u so much, it’s been 2 years since I haven’t seen my cousins I loved them more than anything and we would not go a singer hour without seeing each other at one point we even lived together but then all the sudden they announced their moving. I am not exaggerating I have not gone a day without crying cause I haven’t had any contact with them BUT in my dream tonight it wasn’t lucid but suppppper vivid they came and surprised me on a school trip (I know random) and I remember I cried so hard and I was so happy, although my alarm went off after like 10 mins of being with them when I woke up I was crying so much and my pillow was wet from crying. It was the first time I had seen and hugged my cousins in a long time.
Thanks for reading I highly recommend this video.
I was so close to be lucid but then my body jumped. It was like when the doctors use the defibrillator to restart the patient heart and then the patient jumps because of the electric shock.
It just happened, I didn’t even know it was gonna happen.
DO NOT READ IF YOU'RE MEDITIATING OR WHATEVER
My first lucid dream was about me flying around in the house and bumping into practically everything after my mom didn't give a shit that I could fly and I was in a dream. ;-;
Man that was wild, I suppose I didn't actually have a lucid dream, but during and after the relaxation part it almost felt like eating an edible. I became so relaxed I could feel as if gravity was pulling me into my bed, and didn't want me to leave. I'll keep trying, and hopefully soon I can get a lucid dream.
Sooooo, if you haven't found the answer yet, you can sleep for a while and set your alarm at a 90 minute interval after you've been sleeping. You can set it for 90 mins, 180 mins, 270 mins, etc.. With as little movement as possible, you then turn the alarm off, and hopefully your phone is sitting nearby, so you can just tap a button and start your dreaming. Go to 15:20 to skip the intro and relaxation, so you don't accidentally fall asleep while you attempt to meditate. Hope this helps!
I was listening to this and the strangest thing happened, idk if I was dreaming or not but I was trying to touch my phone and it wouldn't turn on. And so everything else also wasn't turning on. I could've been astral in my house and still find x
The smallest struggle in things lmao
I tried this and when you said to enter the dream it felt like the come up to an extremely intense psychedelic trip and I got come up anxiety :((. I was so so close to being in a dream but I got so freaked out I couldn’t relax and I never ended up falling asleep. Anybody have any tips ?
I’ve tried a few of these and none has completely worked, I tried sleeping to some and listening through the whole thing but it doesn’t work for me.. I tried this one and I couldn’t get myself to fall asleep, my heartbeat doesn’t calm down but my body does, I don’t get why. I got the feeling when you are about to have the dream where you want to open your eyes but I kept them shut and waited a while and I eventually got more awake so I gave up.
Oh shizzzittt this is bout to go deeeep!!!! I better pull over then.. lol jp
Warning label got me going uhhhttooohhh this is gonna work
It should also so do not smoke lol
I can't count how many times an idiot sorority sister burnt holes in her bed smh due to vids like this and asmr oh n most of all alchol.. some people 🙃😲lol
I’ve attempted to reach lucid dreaming by listening to this video twice. I haven’t had a dream yet but both times I felt more relaxed than I’ve ever been. I’m an extremely fidgety ADHD so I’d have to re-relax my body every couple of seconds because I simply couldn’t lay still, even though I was tired. By the end of the countdown however my entire body shut down ? Like everything except for my mind and my eyelids, which started farting everywhere. Is that normal ? I feel asleep after the countdown on both try’s and on the second one I went into a deep sleep but about half an hour later I was awakened by an extremely loud noise. It was like someone had slammed their hands down on a set of chimes instead of a piano, but more electronic. It was really quick. I thought it was in the video, but I checked my phone and the video had ended a while ago. It kind of scared me that time but if it happens again should I just let it happen ? Is it a normal prelude to a lucid dream
Sounds like you were in the mind awake body asleep state which is a good place for a wake induced lucid dream. Also, sometimes in this state you can have auditory hallucinations. I've heard some unusual sounds in that state.
This video made me dream an interesting dream last night. It was so vivid and seemingly real that I woke up pissed at my boyfriend. I was getting ready to call him to rip him a new one. 😂 Poor guy didn't know what he did wrong when I text him later on in the day.
Depends, if you follow it you should be fine, but if you find a door and go through it you can throw yourself into one of the many forgotten places and become vulnerable. Have fun and don't piss off the frog in a navy seal uniform, he can fuck you up real bad...
I couldn't lucid dream even after listening and not moving. For some reason I can't get into sleep paralysis. I did it after 6 hrs of sleep. But when I did go back to sleep my dreams were really vivid, scary even.
Love this channel..this is one of the FEW people who actually talk throughout there guided meditations! Most persons, just talk (like 12 min.) Then play 5 hours of music or ocean waves, or whatever there lazy behinds feel like filling up all those empty hours up with..It would make me so mad when that would happen, it felt like I'd had been cheated! Loll..thank you for doing what you do, I adore your channel! (And subbed)
I became lucid in a cave near the side of a lake. In the cave I found a powerful book full of universal knowledge and power. I turned over the cover and looked for the author. Arthur Van Buren. Once I read his name I felt a presensce in my lucid dream. I went to try and leave the cave but I felt someone else tampering with the dream as well. I walked through a doorway on my way out and found myself in a supermarket. The book gone and the cave gone as well. I felt as if Arthur was steering me away from the book. Interpretations?
I would definitely place Joe T as my top favorite guide on YouTube. My dreams can be vaguely described as a mandelbrot deep dive on dmt. Not that I'm ungrateful, but it would be a dream come true ;) if he would make a Star Wars themed lucid dreaming guided meditation.
For instance: referencing using the Force to assemble your personal lightsaber. "Now as you reach for your lightsaber feel it grip in your hands. It's as natural as an extension of yourself. And as it hums to life it illuminates the darkness around you with the color of your choosing" etcetera.
I dream in third person and it’s often fuzzy and movie like, this movie is usually very fast and I have no control of what I do since I feel like I’m just watching from a distance. I also remember my dreams very rarely. I’ve tried looking this up and figuring out ways to dream in 1st person and have it feel/seem real. But I’ve had no luck and feel like this is uncommon. Some of my peers suggested to meditate and stay off of my phone so much so I can have the experiences my brain needs to dream such as going out side & going on walks. (I am on my phone 80% of my day) but it was the summer so I had nothing else to do really... do you guys think my phone usage could have something to do with it? Am I able to lucid dream still? Can someone please help?? I’d really appreciate it.
Okay so at first I was like yeah this is pretty cool you know kind of day dreaming, and all the sudden my mouth and face started going numb and then my chest and I felt like I was being pulled deeper into the dream. Bro it was fucking weird and I'm afraid to try this again.
I’ve started writing in a Dream Journal (App) about 2 months ago, and now after listening to this recording, I always fall asleep before the end, but I am starting to get some lapses of lucid dreaming, with some control
I always call BS on these type of hypnosis stuff.
I tried it and was completely blown away. Without exaggerating it even though it pretty much is; It felt my head was being gently rocked left and right while my body was utterly calm. Everything he said did happen from my scalp to my toes. Though..I couldn't get to the forest part it was still black and all the sensations previous was there as well. I just didn't get to the "dream" part I suppose. Maybe it wouldve been better if I had headphones?
+masterrace CSP ah, I'm so terribly late, I have those.. what's it called.. those novelty pillows with the speakers inside? I've been using all sorts of different beats, tracks and hypnosis for lucid dreaming.
Smoked some weed threw my headphones in and relaxed when I got to relaxing the inside of my eyes I could feel my eyes roll inside my head and I got terrified, like oh shit this is actually happening and my whole body felt so crazy and tingling
I skip something, I'll probably learn by researching...I record myself in a dream, its like me watching me advance through the dream its like "Okay now I'm doing this, and that, remember to write this down" haven't been able to get passed it so i may need to work with it
